Port Marine Safety Code Compliance Statement, and Annual Performance Review

The Directors of Associated British Ports, as Harbour Authority and Duty Holder, recognise that they have a responsibility under the Port Marine Safety Code (PMSC) to publicly report on PMSC performance.

A performance review of the Marine Safety Management Systems at ABP ports and harbours, for the year ended 31 December 2024, was conducted under the direction of the Marine Advisor to the Board.

The Board are pleased to confirm that the Annual Performance Review 2024 indicates that the requirements of the PMSC are being met.
