The Employers' Liability Insurers for employees of ABP and all entities thereof, for accidents and disease claims occurring within the period 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2024, was Zurich Plc. Such claims will be handled directly by Zurich and should be submitted to their Claims Portal ID C00108. From 1 January 2025 our insurer is AIG, and claims will be handled directly by AIG and should be submitted to their Claims Portal ID C00533.
All disease claims occurring prior to 1 January 2013 against ABP and all entities thereof are handled by Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW. Such claims should be submitted to their Claims Portal mailbox, the address of which is D00079.
Public Liability Claims against ABP and all entities thereof for incidents are handled directly by ABP’s Insurer QBE, Central Park, New Lane, Leeds, LS11 5UF. Such claims should be submitted to their Claims Portal ID C00119.
