ABP Hams Hall recognised for its leading customer care

The Rail Freight Group (RFG) has named ABP Hams Hall as runner up of its coveted annual award for customer care.

The RFG’s independent judging panel made a special mention to ABP Hams Hall due to the number of positive endorsements from a wide variety of customers it had included in its entry. The testimonials ranged from train operating and haulage companies, to freight forwarders. 

Nick Newson, of Allports Group, a leading provider of products and services to commercial vehicle operators throughout the country, said: “Since moving to Hams Hall from a local competitor, we have been totally impressed with the service we receive from its staff.

“We are pleased to confirm ABP Hams Hall have repeatedly met the high standards we require to work in a competitive logistics environment, providing us with on-site facilities as well as assisting us in the day-to-day road haulage issues we may encounter.”
